Return & Exchange Policy

1) Eligibility for Returns 

 • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
 • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the package and provide a clear unboxing video  
 • Please try on items indoors and avoid contact with perfume, makeup, or deodorant.

2) Non-Returnable Items

 • Sale/clearance items
 • Customized or personalized items

3) How to Start a Return/Exchange

 1. Email imjen.stu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
 2. We’ll reply with approval and a return address.
 3. Pack items securely and ship them back to the address provided
 • Unless we sent a defective/incorrect item, return shipping is paid by the customer.

4) Refunds

 • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the status.
 • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

5) Exchanges

 • Exchanges are only available in Vietnam 
 • Exchanges are accepted for size or color (subject to availability).

6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

 • If you received a defective or incorrect item, email imjen.stu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video including all angles front, back, sides of the package. (We won’t resolve cases without an unboxing video or made after the allowed time)
 • We will cover related shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
