Processing Time
 • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
 • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Domestic (within Vietnam):
 • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

International:
 • Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier performance or customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

 • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your order status. We ship through Aki express so it will be a tracking link from their website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
However, if your package appears lost or undelivered, please contact us immediately at:
